Desciption

Vertical hot water pipeline pump is a series of high temperature pumps. The products are widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as high temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation of boilers in hotels and restaurants, and circulating pump of urban heating system. The operating temperature is T<120 °C. The operating temperature of the hot water high temperature pump is T<240℃.



The vertical single-stage pipeline hot water centrifugal pump is a domestic excellent hydraulic model selected by the scientific and technological personnel of the unit and domestic water pump experts. The centrifugal pump product has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, lower noise than previous pipeline pumps, reliable performance, etc. It meets the latest national machinery department JB/T53058-93 standard requirements. The product is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard, and passed the national machinery industry department in 1993. Pipeline pump products have passed the unified inspection. Product Usage

1. It is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressurization and equipment matching. Operating temperature T: ≤ 80 °C.
2. It is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation of boilers in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants, and circulating pumps for urban heating systems. 
3. For conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to that of water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers and other departments, using temperature T: -20℃-120 °C.
4. For transporting gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene and other petroleum products, the operating temperature T: -20℃-120℃.
